Keep Calm and Stop Co-Opting Cultural Artifacts

I saw this at Target and was immediately horrified:

These variations of the British government sign to keep morale high have to stop. I know that it’s cute to parody recognizable artifacts–especially from wartime–but the line is when a big-box retailer preys upon the kitsch and cute urges of shoppers, and Target jumped over it to charge $20 for that privilege.

Good lord, people. Try being creative for once.
